In terms of the company ' s activity and purpose, the main objective is to restore and cultivate land and animal production. The company is characterized by a multiplicity of activities, which allows for a variety of revenues throughout the year.
The company was founded in 2017, subject to Act No. 8 of 1997 and its implementing regulation, the licensed capital of 500 million Egyptian pounds, the capital of origin and the payment of 150 million pounds, distributed among the shares of one billion and five hundred million shares with a nominal value of 10 cents.
